A personal project, KOUMI is an envisioned brand with a focus on infusing Japanese flavours into jams and marmalades. This branding identity reflects the nuances of traditional Japanese language and writing—specifically the use of 'mora' (timed syllables which are emphasised), combined with intricate digital illustration to highlight each flavour, introducing a wider audience to a new culture. This project consists of a logo, business card and labelling design.
